Physics

Physics tutoring, taught the way physics actually thinks.

Forces, motion, energy, and electricity — build physical intuition before equations.

Physics hero — diverse middle school student exploring physics

Our approach to physics

See it before you solve it

We start every topic with a demonstration or a thought experiment. Watching a cart roll down a ramp makes Newton's second law concrete before the algebra arrives.

Equations are stories

F = ma is a sentence about the world. We translate each formula into plain English, then back into math, so students stop memorizing symbols and start reading them.

Units as compass

We treat unit analysis as a navigation tool. Get the units right, and you almost never get the answer wrong.

Build the lab in your head

By the end of a unit, students can describe an experiment that would prove (or break) the concept. That's when you know they own it.
